Deep industry knowledge — united by shared technology.

SYSTABUILD is a European software group for construction and trades — rooted in specialised markets and built on an integrated strategy for shared scaling. Established, market-leading specialists unite through technology, collaboration and expert knowledge to form a high-growth group.

Close to the customer. Scaled together.

SYSTABUILD unites specialised brands into one group. Each company contributes customer relationships, market understanding and a position built up over years within its own segment.

At the same time, SYSTABUILD brings these strengths together with group-wide capabilities in technology, product strategy and go-to-market. This creates a shared foundation on which economic value unfolds for the entire group.

"Every company in our group brings its own strengths. Our task is to learn from one another, leverage synergies and grow together. That, to me, is the future of SYSTABUILD."

Three Levers for Structural Growth

From specialised brands emerges a shared growth model — built on three economic levers: a stronger market position, higher efficiency and targeted scaling paths.

Local market proximity

Partner companies stay close to their markets, customers and teams. Vertical expertise and customer relationships are preserved — the foundation for market leadership and long-term customer loyalty in specialised niches.

Central Tech Infrastructure

Group-wide technological capabilities — from AI roadmap and DevOps to cloud security and API architecture — create efficiency, security and scaling effects that individual vendors cannot achieve in isolation.

Go-to-Market Excellence

Group-wide go-to-market emerges from clear positioning, targeted lead generation and more professional sales processes — always with an eye on the specific market logic of individual niches. Growth potential is unlocked systematically, without losing customer proximity.

Scaling without compromise

Preserving local market proximity is not a compromise — it is the precondition for scaling. SYSTABUILD integrates new partner companies step by step on a shared technological and strategic foundation. This creates valuable synergies across the entire group.

Leadership with Strategic and Operational Depth

SYSTABUILD is led by a team that brings together platform building, software expertise and operational scaling. This leadership quality is decisive for the trust of partner companies and customers.

Established Market Strength Under One Roof

SYSTABUILD brings together specialised software companies with deep roots in construction and trades. The group is young as a brand but anchored by the market strength of its partner companies.

Within a few years, an initial platform nucleus has grown into an integrated architecture that today covers the entire digital value chain from Specify through Fabricate to Orchestrate. Behind every company stands decades of market presence, established customer relationships and deep industry expertise.

From this combination, one of the fastest-growing software groups for construction and trades in Europe has emerged.

From Platform Nucleus to European Group

2022

Start with SEMA as the nucleus

Foundation of the group with SEMA as starting point — including the partner companies WGsystem and Compass. This lays the cornerstone for the later platform architecture.

2023

Expansion and first internationalisation

Hausmann & Wynen extends the group into electrical and HVAC software. With E-KOMPLET the first Scandinavian specialist for project management in trades joins, broadening the group geographically.

2024

Platform expansion and Swiss market leadership

In the first half of the year GLASER, Acies and DigiPara extend the group with additional vertical depth: CAD for civil engineering, industrial manufacturing software and BIM engineering for elevators. In the second half Husemann & Fritz follows with construction-ERP expertise and SORBA strengthens the Swiss market position. Within one year SYSTABUILD grows significantly in market depth, process coverage and regional presence.

2025

SYSTABUILD becomes an independent brand

With the maturity of an integrated platform, the group adopts its strategic brand name: SYSTABUILD.
